Worked for them and they did not care if you needed time off even for a death in the family it severe emergency they would get upset if you had to leave for one and wanted evidence even for a funeral. To me that is not ok. Why would ANYONE in their right mind lie about a family member dying

Came in again for breakfast bowl and they were all missing the cheese. Im sick of Caseys North cheaping out on the food and sick of Caseys corporation promoting being stingy with cheese and ingredients. Your food is way too prices to give us half a breakfast bowl with no cheese and half a sloce of cheese on cheesburgers.Original post:The breakfast bowl is too expensive considering every time I buy one there is less and less gravy, less bacon, less cheese. If you're going to keep the $4 price tag you need to fill the bowl with food.

How is it on a sat night 10:30 pm1 associate standing at register... 2 associates outside smoking nobody but me in the store and i cant get a cup of coffee... Only kind made was old decaffeinated... I asked for coffee he said yea he was mopping earlierso he couldnt make any. Great lack of customer service skills. Been 15 min. Still outside still no coffee. Its okay ..there a store down the block that never runs out and always happy to see me and my money.(Casey's on Farmington Rd. Peoria Illinois.)

I work at Casey’s and I’m supposed to be out on injury but instead my manager made me come back before completely healing. I told her that if I return for her early then I can’t work more than a few hours a day and only 2-3 days straight. This week she has me working 7 days straight on an injury. I never thought I’d make a post about my employer but I’ve never had an issue with an employer that was this bad. If you choose to work for Casey’s make sure you pick one with managers who actually do their jobs and follow a doctors order.

Friendly people that's for sure ;)Waiting time for unloading is probably depends on how they're fill to work. OTR truckers when you got partial loads make sure to got plenty of time to get to another receiver. For employees of Casey's DC pls understand us when we are mad. WE GOT OTHER APPOINTMENTS.3 hours before appointment is OK!

6:30 at night and can not get tenderloin at Polk City Casey's because they shut down the frier. Need better help !!!!!!!!!

I have got to say I think I love this place. I got here six and a half hours early for my appointment, the gaurd let me in, receiving gave me a section of doors to choose from and the moment my trailer hit the dock the light turned red and I felt a forklift go in and in five minutes time as I write this I have felt them pull off about half my load. This place rocks!

This is a great place to deliver to people are very nice and get you unloaded quick this is the second stop for me yesterday I delivered to Casey's in terra haute and had the same treatment there if I ever get off the road is drive local for these people as good as they treated me I'd have to think they spoil there drivers rotten I hope to haul more loads on here in the future

Was using a per diem card and over payed for gas per diem cards expire as of today payed for 30 in gas car would only hold 20 also got a pack of smokes was told money would be put back on card but was not thank u Casey's and the gentlemen at the register who told me I shouldn't of over payed if I knew the card was expiring I just didnt know how much gas my car would take and for that Casey's kept me from my last 10 Casey's on 86th in urbandale,iowa

We buy a lot of the chicken breast fillets, noticed this last couple weeks that it's all small pieces,more batter than meat,I complained, was told they just switched suppliers, by the way she talked it's doubtful they will go back to the original, I refuse to spend 5.00 for scraps.

Once again Caseys in Spring Hill, Ks screwed up my order. If I spend $66.00 and ask for no onions, I expect to be able to eat them!!!

Casey's is always easy, quick in and out.

I called on 5/29/20 to order breadsticks and they said it would take 30 minutes for the order so I cancelled it. I called on 6/2/20 to order them again and they said they were out. Very unhappy with the way the store is run and the condition of the store. It's not very clean.

From an otr point of view, this is the best place to deliver. They treat me like they want me as a customer.

Pizza is awesome but every Casey's General Store I go to they've never got the right pizza available or if they got any pizza available in the Heat box it's getting to be nerve-wracking because your guys Pizza is the best pizza over the road

Attempted to use a Caseys gift card, stores card readers would not work. Ok, so I punch in a 30 digit code twice, nothing. Ok, tried to look up balance online, also does not work. Staff were not helpful and I now own a gift card that doesn't work. Do not buy Casyes gift cards.

There coffee is good...doesn't taste like burnt popcorn!!

I visited Casey's in Mitchellville today at 10:00 p.m.. The pumps looks like they have never been cleaned since They were Installed. Bird poop on a few of them, All kinds of dust and fingerprints on the top of the and the white is not white anymore it's greasy black messy unhealthy color. Covitt 19 is in Mitchellville Iowa, And you think places like this that serve food and people by the hundreds Each day, So you think they would have their employees cleaner. Its sad to see Casey's care so little about their stores and their employees. Happy 4 th of July .

Casey's on 12th Ave in marshalltown has the best pizza! I always know when Tabitha and Brendan are on shift not only will my pizzas be right, they will be done fast and be nice and hot. I have never had a problem with my pizzas when I get them from the 12th Ave store!

Stores are fair. Could learn a lot from Bucees in Texas. But the packaged food needs a serious overhaul. Gross to say the least. Distribute something edible.

Delivering here is a good experience, easy check in, quick unloading. They should put on a "how to" seminar.

So was in your Spencer Indiana location and your district manager Heather decided to walk in the door yelling and screaming at the employee's on duty last week ..She showed nothing but the worst in any management or customer service that has been displayed in a public setting..The verbal abuse was degrading at best..The lack of common knowledge of how a company is supposed to conduct business in positive manner is appalling to put it nicely..I recommend instant termination for this manager..She is clearly not capable of being put in a position of responsibility..From what I witnessed the crew was diligent it their tasks and was motivated to provide the best Casey's experience..it was around lunch so there were quite a few patrons in the establishment..The crew was providing top quality service..Manager Heather walked in the door and immediately started yelling at staff about why people were waiting..It was lunch time .Rudeness is unacceptable and termination is the best option..

How can you put money ahead of health issues at this time ?? You expect 1 employee to run the pumps, register and the kitchen just to save hours !!! Who keeps things cleaned and wiped down ???? Luv's gave there stores more hours to help keep it clean and safe and you keep taking away !!! Shame on You 👎😡

Got here 2 hours late for my appt they still toke me, got me in a dock soon as I checked in, unloaded in 30 minutes, quick paper work. Guards are friendly ladies in the front office are super nice and completely understood my reason for being late. Good spacing between dock doors. More than enough space for backing and turn arounds, good lighting for backing, clean on site bathroom for drivers. Best place I've ever delivered to. I would not mind returning. Loved my whole delivery experience. They need to show walmart how S/R is supposed to be. No over night parking tho. But it's a flying j and pilot within 12 miles of here. Also smaller truck stops within 10 miles.

Great place to unload on the refrigerated side, not many refrigerated trucks have been in there the past 2 times I've been. Can check in anytime after 3 a.m. fast unload

These people can’t even keep the prices straight that they promise their veteran patrons and then argue with them about it and lie sand say they never said it or fix it and then the next day pull the same thing this store is awful the customer service is terrible and they have zero communication with each other

Casey's takes and always have taken great pride in the stores and the vision keep up the great work
